Flange management and Torqueing Services: Ce-stalong provides Flange management and torqueing services to Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery and other process industries. From experience gathered from several projects, we are able to select and use correct Flange size and rating, gaskets, bolts and corresponding torque values, equipment and our developed procedures for the management of Client’s process system and piping network. Our Flange and Torqueing services includes the following:

  • Bolt Torqueing using manual wrenches
  • Bolt Torqueing using Hydraulic Torque Machine
  • Bolt Tensioning using Hydraulic Tensioning machine
  • Joint Breakout
  • Joint Data management

WEAR PAD & CLAMPED PIPE SUPPORT INSTALLATION

    As part of Ce-Stalong’s resolve to provide cost effective and long lasting under pipe crevice corrosion prevention we have collaborated with CMP Fibalite to provide Wearpad system to serve that purpose with the following guarantees as well as clamped pipe support:
  • Pipe and pipe support first treated with Alucemp for corrosion prevention
  • Pre-shaped, pre-cured epoxy pad is applied with special Cempfixglue, unifying the wearpad with the pipe
  • No more direct contact between support and pipe
  • Eliminate mechanical damage and corrosion
  • Very easy to apply, only lift pipe 4 cm
  • Protecting the pipe against corrosion instead of protecting the support
  • Able to withstand shocks and temperature fluctuations

PIPELINE REPAIRS AND REHABILITATION Ce-stalong provides cost efficient Pipeline rehabilitation and repair services in both onshore/offshore environments using UV curing GRP sheet with the following advantages:

  • UV light curing Glass Reinforced Polyester (G.R.P.) Material
  • Manufactured in a sheet form on a roll
  • Soft and pliable in uncured state and cures in minutes to a strong, rigid and sustainable material with a high hardness
  • Impervious to water and resistant to many chemicals and solvents
  • Can be used to restore the structural integrity of a pipeline with metal loss of up to 80% without need for expensive shutdowns.
